I have always wanted my own (faux) fur vest as they are chic in the colder seasons and can be paired with fitted pants or a sweater dress and riding boots. When I was at Joannes purchasing fabrics for other projects, I couldn't help but buy a yard of this ultra soft faux fur. Assembling the vest was quite challenging as the thread immediately disappeared in the inch long strands of fur, and I had never made a vest before. However, I am proud of the final outcome and can't wait to wear this piece.
